We are looking to recruit dedicated caring staff to help us deliver our quality ‘At Home’ care and support service. We will expect you to be able to deliver high quality care and support, relating to privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment. Your key role will be to ensure that our client’s personal, physical, social and emotional needs are met on a daily basis, working closely with our clients to meet their requirements. The ethos of Westward Care is to provide excellent individual care from our experienced happy team. This is an excellent opportunity for Support Workers to join our new ‘At Home’ team.
