Free access to end of life care e-learning resources
The End of Life Care for All (e-ELCA) e-learning resource available to adult social care employers registered with the National Minimum Data Set for Social Care (NMDS-SC) has now been expanded.

The free and innovative e-learning resource aims to enhance the training and knowledge of those involved in delivering end of life care. e-ELCA now includes:
 modules on social care at end of life, bereavement and spirituality
 an end of life care package developed by east of England SHA specifically for care home staff who are caring for people in their last year of life
 a session on information prescriptions for long-term conditions
 a session on personalised care planning.

Employers registered with the NMDS-SC now have access to a user registration code that will enable each of their individual employees to self-register for access to e-ELCA at www.e-lfh.org.uk/nmds-sc.

Access to e-learning resource is in partnership with the Department of Health e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH).

If you would like to register with the NMDS-SC to receive the user registration code, please visit www.skillsforcare.org.uk/nmds-sc or call 0845 873 0129.
