Workforce Development Fund 2011-12 has replaced TSI Funding. This fund is aimed at supporting staff across the Adult Social Care Sector through vocational qualifications.

Skills for Care funding is worth £10 per credit and LCA will be levying an admin fee.

To become a partner and access NMDS you must register and have an NMDS number this can be done via www.nmds-sc-online.org.uk or you can ring the help desk on 0845 873 0129

Workforce Development Fund 2011-2012 List of Acceptable Units

Workforce Development Fund no longer fund Inductions and mandatory training. The following areas are funded:

NVQ units can now be claimed to the end of the contract.
