We’re talking about workforce in integrated care systems
At this event we will hold conversations about integrated care systems and share examples of good practice about where collaboration has helped to build solid relationships and trust.
The event will be chaired by Dr Linda Harris, CEO at Spectrum Community Health CIC Wakefield, and attendees will hear from key note speaker James Drury from Bradford Integration and Change Board, about the integrated care system in Bradford and actions following the CQC local area review.
The event will cover:
what the integrated care landscape looks like now
what workforce integration means for your organisation
how other organisations, including our recent Accolade award winner, use integration to make a positive impact on people’s lives

Who should attend?
The workshop is aimed at adult social care employers and healthcare colleagues who are interested in learning more about collaboration within integrated care systems.
Delegates who attend should be key influencers in adult social care and health organisations. This might include CEO’s, clinical commissioning group and local authority commissioners, workforce senior leaders, registered managers and individual employers.
