National Minimum Data Set for Social Care (NMDS-SC) data supplied by employers can be used with their permission to inform their profile on the NHS Choices website. In total there are eight quality measures with two workforce measures – staff stability and staff qualifications coming from Skills for Care’s NMDS-SC.
