Leeds Health and Care Academy are delighted to let you know that they have just launched their System Leadership and Culture – ‘Skills Booster’ – portfolio, offering almost 70 new pieces of content on their Leeds Health and Care Learning Portal. A reminder that all Academy learning can be accessed for free by anyone working or volunteering in health and social care in Leeds.

These new and engaging video-based e-Learning courses address meaningful workplace challenges relating to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion; Wellbeing & Personal Development; and Leadership, and have been co-designed with people with lived experience as well as subject matter experts. The activities act as a strong starting point for further learning and conversation starters, and can complement wider initiatives within teams and organisations.
